Ready-mixed concrete is the most used construction materials in the field of construction from architecture and civil engineering to environment development. Our technical research focuses on developing new concrete products through the discovery of new materials and systematic technology development.
To keep pace with eco-friendly construction trend which is the social request of recent construction market, we have led technology development in various eco-friendly construction materials. Also, multiple approaches to achieve ultra-high strength and fluidization of concrete which are key technologies for high-rise structures are being applied. Our investment has been expanded to the development of high-performance concrete with properties such as early strength, high tenacity and reduced explosion to fulfill current various social demands.

To keep up with eco-friendly and high-performance asphalt market, preserving environment and providing comfort were our focus by developing low noise pavement, drainage pavement, and repair pavement. Also, we have been dedicated to researches in order to pioneer the field of eco-friendly asphalt industry in use of recycled asphalt and aggregates.
The ultimate goal of asphalt research is to commercialize through application of developed products at field. Production and quality analysis through keeping an organic relationship with our asphalt business enables a rapid commercialization.

In process management, we are developing the technology which enables to improve production capacity and save the cost and energy by improving the performance of equipment, developing automatic control system and arranging the equipment efficiently in production equipment used in the production of products such as ready-mixed concrete, asphalt, sand and aggregate. In addition, we have constantly advanced process operating technology with enhanced technology development by expanding and applying production facilities of developing technologies.
Especially, we have proceeded with the improvement of operating system for the efficient production management of nationwide plants. We have strived to meet requirement for the improvement of internal and external production system in accordance with changed industrial environment. We have conducted a variety of investment activities including starting new development of advanced integrated operating system by combining IT technology and production system.

As a laboratory where chemical admixture that has a critical role in concrete performance are researched, in order to meet the technical request of customers, we’ve conducted research and development on new materials as well as their actual use as construction materials, based on extensive experience in construction site.
In order to meet the performance of various concrete which are recently required, we have built a database containing the conventional chemical admixture as well as new materials. High quality and stable admixture products are developed to meet the high performance requirement in high fluidity, high strength, early strength, low heat and eco-friendly through practical research on the development of chemical admixtures for special concrete formulation and its actual application on field.
